Carl Ingwell is a Democratic candidate for Utah House of Representatives District 67 in the 2026 election. He was raised in eastern Utah, previously ran in the 2017 Democratic primary for Utah's 3rd Congressional District, and has experience as an environmental lobbyist with the state legislature, community organizer, and member of the Price City Library Board and Get Healthy Utah initiative.
