Carlton E. Bowen is a candidate for U.S. House District 2 in Utah as the Independent American Party nominee in the 2026 general election. He is an Air Force veteran who served from 1988 to 1994, was born and raised in Utah, and previously served on the American Fork City Council. He is married with children and grandchildren.
