Colton R Hatch is a Republican who filed to run for U.S. House District 2 in Utah for the 2026 election but was eliminated at the Republican convention, receiving about 4.8% of delegate votes. He served six years in the Utah National Guard as a combat engineer and artilleryman, and works at Utah Retirement Systems assisting public employees with retirement planning. He is a husband and father with roots in Utah dating back to the pioneers.
