Curtis Benjamin is a Democratic candidate from Nibley, Utah, who filed to run for Utah State Board of Education District 1 in the 2026 election. He previously ran as the Democratic nominee for the same seat in 2022, where he was defeated by incumbent Republican Jennie Earl. Benjamin works as UniServ Director for the northern region of the Utah Education Association and has experience as a curriculum specialist and educator.
