Dave Calder is a Democratic candidate for Utah House of Representatives District 11 in the 2026 general election, challenging incumbent Republican Katy Hall. He is a 20-year Air Force veteran and engineering manager who grew up in a military family. The district covers communities in Weber and Davis counties, including areas anchored by Hill Air Force Base.
