Doug Owens is a Democratic member of the Utah House of Representatives representing District 33 since 2021, previously serving District 36. He is a Salt Lake City native, practicing attorney with over 30 years of experience, Yale Law School graduate, and founder of the nonprofit Utah Outdoor Partners focused on outdoor recreation. He serves as House Minority Caucus Manager and co-chair of the Great Salt Lake Caucus and Bipartisan Clean Air Caucus.
