Eric Last is a Democratic candidate for Utah House of Representatives District 17 in the 2026 election. He is a lifelong resident of Davis County, raised in Centerville, a graduate of Viewmont High School and Weber State University with dual degrees in Spanish Language and Literature and Mechanical Engineering Technology. He has lived in the Layton/Kaysville area for the past 24 years with his family and is running as a husband, father, and neighbor rather than a career politician.
