Evan Done is a Democratic candidate for Utah State Senate District 13 in the 2026 election. He serves as Advocacy and Public Policy Director for the Utah Support Advocates for Recovery Awareness (USARA), with prior roles in community impact, outreach, and support services at organizations including the Utah AIDS Foundation and Planned Parenthood. Done holds an associate's degree in social work from Salt Lake Community College and has experience as a community advocate and recovery leader.
