Glenn D Webb

Glenn D. Webb is a Democratic candidate for Utah House of Representatives District 73 in the 2026 election. He is the Associate Dean for the College of the Arts and Assistant Professor of Percussion and Jazz at Utah Tech University in St. George, where he previously served as founding chair of the Music Department. A lifelong resident of St. George, Webb is a professional musician, co-artistic director of Grand Circle New Music, artistic director of the St. George Jazz Festival, and serves on the St. George Arts Commission and Washington County RAP Tax board.
