James Rich
About
James Rich is a small business owner and family man running as the Forward Party candidate for Utah House of Representatives District 6 in the 2026 election. He serves as president of Edward A.E. Rich & Associates, a business software company he acquired in 2008 after starting in an entry-level position and learning programming from his father. Rich is a University of Utah graduate who studied jazz composition along with math and physics, attended Olympus High School where he was student body vice president, and has volunteered in roles including youth tennis coaching, religious service, and as a crossing guard.
