Jared Eldridge

Jared W. Eldridge is Associate Presiding Judge of Utah’s Fourth District Court, appointed in May 2017 by Governor Gary R. Herbert and serving Juab, Millard, Utah, and Wasatch counties. He earned a B.S. from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management in 1994 and a law degree from Willamette University in 1998, then worked as a public defender in Salt Lake and Utah counties before serving 14 years as Juab County Attorney. While county attorney he helped establish a drug court and victims’ advocacy program and later received recognition including County Attorney of the Year in 2014; he is on the 2026 ballot for nonpartisan retention as a Fourth District Court judge.
