Jared William Eldridge is an associate presiding judge of Utah's Fourth District Court, appointed in May 2017 by Governor Gary R. Herbert to serve Juab, Millard, Utah, and Wasatch counties. He previously served 14 years as Juab County Attorney after working as a public defender in Salt Lake and Utah counties, and he holds a 1998 law degree from Willamette University and a 1994 bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University. He is on the 2026 ballot in a nonpartisan retention election as a Fourth District Court judge.
