Jeffrey J. Noland is a judge of the Second District Juvenile Court in Utah, appointed by Governor Gary R. Herbert in July 2010. He serves Davis, Morgan, and Weber counties and holds a law degree from the University of Utah College of Law. Before joining the bench, he was managing attorney for the Salt Lake Office of the Guardian ad Litem and earlier worked in private practice; he was retained in 2014 and is on the 2026 ballot for another retention election.
