Jonathan Dee Garrard is a male candidate running on the Constitution Party ticket for Utah State House of Representatives District 29 in the 2026 general election. Born October 4, 1974, in Salt Lake, Utah, he resides in Lake Point, Utah, is married with five children, and is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He previously ran as a Constitution Party candidate for U.S. House District 2 in 2012 and for Utah House District 21 in 2006, 2008, and 2010, and has served in roles with the Constitution Party of Utah.
