Karli Black is a Democratic candidate for Utah House of Representatives District 58 in the 2026 election. She is a lifelong resident of Utah County, a commercial real estate brokerage owner, and the mother of eight children. She has a background in community service including PTA leadership, founding educational and commercial ventures, directing a foundation that raised over $1 million, and international education and refugee support work.
