Keith Grover
About
Keith Grover is a Republican member of the Utah State Senate representing District 23, having assumed office on January 1, 2023 after previously serving in the Utah House of Representatives for District 61 from 2007 to 2018 and Senate District 15 from 2018 to 2023. He was born in Provo, Utah, earned a BS from Brigham Young University and MEd and EdD degrees from the University of Utah, and has worked as a school administrator in the Alpine School District. Grover is running as the incumbent Republican candidate for Utah State Senate District 23 in the 2026 general election against Democrat Tucker Smith.
