Kelly Smith is a Republican candidate for Utah State Senate District 21, challenging incumbent Sen. Brady Brammer in the 2026 primary. She is a 30-year resident of North Utah County, former educator, small business owner, mother of four and grandmother of seven, and has served on the Cedar Hills City Council for the past five years, including as a Republican activist, delegate, and precinct chair.
