Kevin Seal is a Democratic candidate who filed to run for Utah State House of Representatives District 39 in the 2026 election cycle. He participated in the Democratic convention for the district on April 11, 2026, but was unsuccessful in securing the nomination. He resides in West Jordan, Utah, and previously ran as a candidate for West Jordan City Council At-Large in the 2025 municipal election, where he was eliminated in the primary.
