Kirk Max Morgan, also referred to as Kirk M. Morgan, was appointed to the First District Juvenile Court in Utah in February 2017 by Governor Gary R. Herbert, serving Box Elder, Cache, and Rich counties. He graduated from Utah State University and received his law degree from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. Prior to his judicial appointment, he served as an officer and judge advocate in the United States Air Force, as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the District of Hawaii, as a practicing attorney and shareholder at Mann, Hadfield & Thorne in Brigham City, as Brigham City Attorney, and as chief deputy county attorney in the Box Elder County Attorney's Office.
