Logan J. Monson is a Republican serving as the incumbent representative for Utah House District 69, which covers Emery, Garfield, Grand, Kane, San Juan, and Wayne counties. He assumed office on January 1, 2025, after winning election in 2024, and defeated challenger Dan Gardner in the June 2026 Republican primary to advance to the November 2026 general election against Democrat Tracie Yellowman Tso. Monson is a nurse administrator and RN with experience in rural healthcare, a multigenerational livestock producer, former Blanding mayor and city council member, and advocate focused on rural Utah communities.
