About
Melissa Garff Ballard is a Republican serving as the incumbent representative for Utah House District 20 since January 1, 2019. She was born and raised in Davis County, Utah, graduated from the University of Utah with degrees in Piano Performance, and has a background as a music educator and community leader, including co-founding the Salt Lake CAP Head Start Advisory Board. She is married with six children and has a family legacy of legislative service in Utah.
