Michelle M Christiansen Forster

Michele M. Christiansen Forster is a judge of the Utah Court of Appeals, appointed in June 2010 by Gov. Gary Herbert after serving as a Third District Court judge since May 2007. She received her law degree from the University of Utah College of Law in 1995 and previously worked as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Utah, executive director of the Utah Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice, and general counsel to Gov. Jon M. Huntsman Jr. She is on the ballot in a nonpartisan retention election for the Utah Court of Appeals on November 3, 2026.
