Pasitale F. Lupeamanu is a Republican candidate who filed to run for U.S. House District 4 in Utah in the 2026 election. He is a retired U.S. Marine and Army veteran with 24 years of service and serves as president of Alofa Fa'aSamoa, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and promoting Samoan culture through education, community service, and events such as the Samoan Heritage Festival.
