Robert Garrett Neill

Robert G. Neill, also referred to as Robert Garrett Neill, was appointed to the Second District Juvenile Court by Gov. Gary R. Herbert in October 2016 and serves Davis, Morgan, and Weber counties. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University and a Juris Doctor from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. Prior to the bench, he worked as a Unit Chief in the Justice Division of the Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office, managing teams including the Screening and Misdemeanor Division, Non-violent and General Felony Teams, West Jordan Special Victim and Juvenile Teams, and West Jordan Division, and prosecuted cases involving crimes against children and juvenile delinquency.
