Russ Hatch

Russell (Russ) Hatch is a Constitution Party candidate running for Utah House of Representatives District 66 in the November 3, 2026 general election. He is a resident of Manti, Utah, where he and his wife have lived for the past five years; they are retired, involved in community and church activities, and have two children and several grandchildren. Hatch graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Political Science, served five years of active duty in the United States Army, and has participated in political activities at local, county, state, and national levels.

Committed to the Constitution Party platform and traditional American values. Legislation should be evaluated by its results in advancing liberty according to constitutional principles. Guided by the Constitution, moral values, and limits on government. Focused on representing the communities of House District 66 and its relationship to the state of Utah.
