Scott H. Chew is a Republican member of the Utah House of Representatives representing District 68, which covers Daggett, Duchesne, Summit, and Uintah counties. He has served since January 1, 2015, previously representing the 55th district, and is a rancher and owner/operator of Chew Ranch/Chew Livestock Family Co-op. He attended Utah State University and has held leadership roles including chairman of the Uintah Basin Conservation District and co-chairman of the Uintah Basin Applied Resource Management.
