Silvia Catten is a Democratic candidate for Utah State Senate District 13 in the 2026 election. She is a mom, small business owner, and has served on the Millcreek City Council for 10 years, previously on the Millcreek community council since 2010. Catten won the Democratic primary on June 23, 2026, defeating Evan Done and Taylor J. Paden.
