Stephen Otterstrom is a Democratic candidate for Utah House of Representatives District 21 in the 2026 election. He won the Democratic primary on June 23, 2026, with approximately 60% of the vote against Aaron Wiley. Otterstrom is a longtime Westside Salt Lake City resident and human resources consultant who previously ran for Salt Lake City Council District 1.
