Susan H. Eisenman (ballot name Susan Heather Eisenman) is a judge of the Third District Juvenile Court in Utah, appointed in July 2017 by Governor Gary R. Herbert and serving Salt Lake, Summit, and Tooele Counties. She holds a B.A. in English from the University of California, Berkeley (1990) and a law degree from the University of Virginia (1994), and previously worked as a parental defender, guardian ad litem, and assistant attorney general in the Utah Attorney General’s child protection division, later becoming Division Director of the State Agency Counsel Division in 2013. She has served as Presiding Judge since 2023 and as a member of the Utah Judicial Council since 2024, and is on the 2026 ballot for retention in that office.
