Terry L. Hutchinson

Terry L. Hutchinson is a Republican attorney from Alpine who served on the Washington County School Board from 2016 to 2025 and previously served on the Washington County Library Board. A U.S. Army veteran and Brigham Young University law graduate, he practiced law in Utah and Nevada for more than three decades. He ran for Utah State Board of Education District 11 in 2026, winning the Republican convention before losing the June 23 Republican primary.
