Tracy J. Nuttall is a Republican candidate for Utah State Board of Education District 11 in the November 3, 2026 general election, after defeating Terry L. Hutchinson in the June 23, 2026 Republican primary. She is a parent of three public-school children in Alpine, a Brigham Young University law graduate, and a former associate general counsel for the Utah Legislature who drafted education legislation and later served as a legal consultant to the State Board of Education. She currently serves as director of policy, planning and public affairs at the Utah State Tax Commission and has volunteered on a PTA board and school community council.
