KANE COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — A flash flood warning is in effect for Central Kane County, with officials expecting a 'very large flood wave'. According to the National Weather Service (NWS) Salt Lake City, trained weather spotters have reported flash flooding in Lick Wash, which is in Central Kane County.
