Three federally indicted after allegedly robbing credit union with fake bomb made with fireworks and duct tape

MILFORD, Utah (ABC4) — Three people have been federally charged after allegedly using a fake bomb to rob a credit union. 31-year-old Thomas Domingo Bustos, from Layton, 37-year-old Brelyn Sanchez, from Ogden, and 32-year-old Fidel Ybarra, from Riverdale, have all been charged with robbing a credit union.

Davis County deputies excavate back yard of former police officer in search of cold case victim

Thomas Richard Jackson, 78, served as a police officer in East Layton from April of 1975 to July of 1976. 89. That suspicion even led detectives to excavate the backyard of the home where Jackson lived in 1975, searching for Baird's remains.
