The fire broke out around noon near 390 S. Orange Street in the Poplar Grove neighborhood. It was confirmed about an hour later that the fire was located at the same building that caught fire on May 19 — a structure belonging to METech Recycling, according to Salt Lake City Fire Department Capt.
