Pirates gain early-season experience at Panguitch Tournament
PANGUITCH — The Green River Pirates opened the 2026 baseball season with a challenging stretch, beginning with a matchup against the defending 1A state champion Panguitch Bobcats before returning two days later for an early-season tournament featuring several of the state’s top programs. The season opener against Panguitch proved to be a difficult test for the Pirates.
