VINEYARD CITY, Utah (ABC4) — Vineyard has released a statement and provided more information about one of their former employees leaked internal city emails. 31-year-old Wesley Fullenwider is charged with four counts of unlawful computer access, with two counts being felonies for accessing confidential information.
