The Lehi City Council is scheduled to hold a meeting on Oct. 27, 2026, to address various municipal matters, according to a Oct. 21 notice. The proceedings will begin with a pre-council session at 4:30 p.m., followed by a regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 131 N. 100 E.
The pre-council session will feature department outlook presentations from the Parks Department, Public Works—including Water, Streets, and Engineering—as well as Finance and Administration. Following these reports, the council will engage in a working discussion regarding General Plan Goals and Policies. A closed session may be considered to discuss matters allowed under the Open and Public Meetings Act, such as real property transactions, litigation, or individual character and health.
During the regular session, the council will consider several legislative items. These include a budget amendment for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 via Resolution #2026-63, which requires a public hearing. Other agenda items include the approval of a concept plan for the Tapley Project at 58 South 300 West, which proposes adding four townhome units while retaining existing structures. The council will also consider Ordinance #49-2026 for a zone change at 802 W State Street from Mixed Use to Heavy Commercial, and Ordinance #50-2026 regarding the Logan Annexation of 2.68 acres at approximately 1300 S 1700 W.
Additional business scheduled for the meeting includes the consideration of Resolution #2026-67 to approve an agreement with Hughes General Contractors, Inc. for the Public Works Storage Building. The council is also slated to consider appointing alternate members to the Lehi Library Board of Directors through Resolutions #2026-66 and #2026-65. The meeting may also include a recess to conduct a Lehi Redevelopment Agency Meeting.
The public is invited to attend all open meetings. For information regarding Americans with Disabilities Act accommodations, individuals can contact the City Recorder at 385-201-2269.
