Police in Hurricane have arrested the alleged driver following a fatal auto-pedestrian crash that took place in May.
An investigation into the incident led to the arrest of the individual accused of being behind the wheel during the collision.
The victim, identified as 66-year-old Tammey Lynn Crouse, was struck on May 5.
According to investigators, Crouse was walking northbound in a marked crosswalk at 700 W. State St. when she was hit by the vehicle. She later died from her injuries.
