SYRACUSE, Utah (ABC4) — Two children were killed after being struck by a vehicle in Syracuse. , Syracuse City Police Department and medical personnel received reports of a crash between a vehicle and an e-scooter near Banbury Drive and Heritage Parkway in Syracuse.
