The Kaysville City Council approved the creation of a Parks and Recreation Advisory Board on January 23rd. The board is designed to function as a planning, advisory, and coordinating body for the city regarding park and recreation plans and programs.
The purpose of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board is to enable the Parks and Recreation Department to maintain and improve city parks. Additionally, the board will assist in providing recreation programs intended for the general welfare of city residents.
Applications for involvement in the board must be submitted by February 27th at 5:00 pm.
