UPDATE: The man arrested in connection with Kylie's case has been identified as Adam Hunter Harmel. He has been charged with transporting Kylie across state lines with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity. No lawyer was listed in court records and the federal public defender's office declined to comment if it represented Harmel.
