The Stockton Planning and Zoning Board was scheduled to hold a monthly meeting on September 1, 2026, according to a notice published August 27.
The meeting was scheduled to occur from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stockton Town Hall located at 18 North Johnson Street. The agenda for the session included the approval of August minutes and public comments.
Items on the agenda included rezone applications for Gunn properties and a property west of the post office, as well as discussions regarding an Eddington fence and gate, the end of Old County Rd, and a Del McQuiddy building. The meeting was also scheduled to include a fee discussion and council reports.
The notice stated that final action may be taken on any agenda topic, including adoption, rejection, or amendment. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals requiring special accommodations were asked to notify the Town Clerk at 435-882-3877 at least 24 hours before the meeting.
