The Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 13, 2026, to receive public comment on several items. The meeting is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi Civic Center Council Chambers, located at 131 North 100 East.
The agenda includes several subdivision and flag lot requests. JDH Development is seeking approval for the Vivian Estates 5B preliminary subdivision, which includes 10 single family lots near 600 East and 300 East. Brent Ventura has submitted requests for the Temple View Villas Plat B and Plat C, involving flag lot conditional use and preliminary subdivision for two single family lots each at 337 East Ohana Way and 326 East Ohana Way. Other flag lot requests include Mike Greene for the Greene Flag Lot at 2001 W 1500 N, Nathan McBride for a lot at 1175 East 900 North, and Kairos Land Development for the Belmont Flex Suites Condo Plat to condominiumize a building into 10 units at 1552 North Boston Street.
Zoning and land use requests are also on the agenda. Perry Commercial is requesting an amendment to the Traverse Mountain Area Plan to change approximately 5 acres at Timpanogos Highway and Mountain View Road from High Density Residential to Highway Commercial. The Estate of Nancy Walker is requesting a review of a development agreement for 2.581 acres at 915 W State Street to allow certain restricted Heavy Commercial uses. Additionally, Lehi City is requesting a zone change for 0.406 acres at 3455 N Center Pointe Drive from Public Facility to Transitional Holding.
The Commission will also consider city-led requests and code amendments. These include an exception for the Water Department Storage Building at 2548 North 300 West regarding glass requirements. The Commission will also review amendments to the Development Code, specifically Chapter 19 regarding Renewable Energy Systems and Table 37.080 regarding off-street parking requirements for preschools and daycares offering specialized therapy. Other items include an exception for a Shuman Homes 8-foot fence at 1749 W 525 S.
The public is invited to attend the meeting at the Lehi Civic Center Council Chambers to provide comments on the scheduled items.
