Utah State Athletics officially transitioned to the new PAC-12 on July 1st. During a studio appearance with Dave Fox, Aggies Football Coach Bronco Mendenhall shared insights regarding his football program and his continued involvement in the rodeo community.
Mendenhall discussed how growing up on a ranch influenced the traits he carries to the football field. He also noted that he remains active in rodeo alongside his sons.
The coach has implemented a pre-game horse run into the stadium as part of the program's traditions. Mendenhall also shared details regarding a person he hopes will ride the horse during a game in the upcoming season.
Regarding the football program, Mendenhall highlighted the benefits of moving to the PAC-12, maintaining a coaching staff that has been with him for many years, and the return of quarterback McCae Hillstead to Logan.
