This amendment would add a section prohibiting smoking in city parks, recreational areas, cemeteries, and near mass gatherings.
The Commission also plans to receive public input regarding a code amendment to the sign ordinance. This matter involves amending title 10 Land Use Regulations, specifically Chapter 40 regarding signs and Chapter 62 regarding definitions.
