SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Sept. 15, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — The Utah State Board of Education and the North Sanpete School District have announced the sudden and unexpected death of Talia Casares, honored earlier this month as the 2027 Utah Teacher of the Year.
