Draper City will hold a public hearing to consider zoning map amendment and development agreement requests for a property located at approximately 12430 S. 700 East, according to a November 5 notice.
The City Council is scheduled to review the requests during a meeting on Nov. 17, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at Draper City Hall.
The requests involve rezoning the property from RA1 (Residential Agricultural, 40,000 sq. ft. minimum) and RA2 (Residential Agricultural, 20,000 sq. ft. minimum) to R4 (Single Family Residential, 10,000 sq. ft. minimum).
Additionally, the city will consider a development agreement that would allow the property to develop with specific setback, landscaping, and fencing standards in conjunction with the rezoning application.
