The NHMU Indigenous Art Market & Festival is scheduled to return to Salt Lake City on October 10–11, 2026. The event brings together gifted Native American artists to showcase and sell their work.
Since its inception in 2013, the festival has grown into an annual tradition. Artists representing more than 25 tribes have participated over the years, sharing their heritage and artistry through various mediums.
Visitors can explore and purchase unique items including paintings, jewelry, pottery, handwoven textiles, and intricate beadwork. The event serves as a way to connect with living traditions and hear directly from artists who preserve and pass on cultural knowledge.
According to the museum, 100 percent of proceeds from the event go directly to the artists to support their work and honor their contributions.
