Regarding academic tracking, the school stated that Skyward contains the final grade on record, while Q serves as the grade reporting system for checking student progress. Parents are encouraged to check student academic standing to avoid surprises at the end of the grading period and to have students speak with teachers regarding any concerns.
The Willowcreek Middle School counseling department provides support for college and career readiness planning, student advisement, and individualized interventions for motivation and achievement. Counselors are also available to support students with emotional and mental health concerns. Students may request a meeting with a counselor through the school's website.
The PTSA is available for membership at a cost of $10 to support student activities, school programs, and teacher appreciation.
