The San Juan County Planning Commission has scheduled a meeting for Sept. 10, 2026, to address several zoning and land use items, according to a notice posted Sept. 8.
The meeting is scheduled to take place from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Commission Chambers located at 117 South Main Street in Monticello, Utah. Residents may also participate via Google Meet or by telephone.
Legislative items on the agenda include a discussion and possible action regarding a conditional use permit request submitted by Curtis Wells for Wilson Arch II. The commission also plans to review and potentially approve the meeting minutes from the Aug. 13, 2026, session.
Administrative business for the meeting includes an update on LUDMO and a training session provided by the County Attorney Office. Additionally, the commission will review proposed building fees using the ICC valuation method and a building permit and inspection report.
